In both his paintings and original prints, Provily has specialized upon scenes of Amsterdam, depicting both the historic landmarks and the less well known streets and buildings of the city. Amsterdam Street Scene, with its fine depiction of Amsterdam architecture as well as the image of the vendor with the children in the foreground, is typical of his fine art in this genre. |

Amsterdam Street Scene represents a prime, original example of the contemporary Amsterdam art of Huub Provily. |
