Terence Millington's original aquatint engraving entitled "Windowsill" was engraved by the contemporary British printmaker in 1975. It is printed upon fine laid paper and signed, dated, titled and numbered, by the artist in pencil.

Windowsill dates from the first decade of Terence Millington's artistic career and masterfully delineates the artistic genre for which he has become famous; still life. Note:	Terence Millington: One of England's most accomplished contemporary printmakers, Terence Millington studied painting at the Birmingham College of Art and printmaking techniques in Manchester. During the past twenty years he has taught courses in the graphic arts at a number of major British universities and colleges.
	Millington's first published engravings date from the early 1970's . Since that time his art has been extensively exhibited in Britain, Europe, America and Japan. Major Institutions within England that include his graphic art are the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Tate Gallery and the Arts Council of Great Britain.

Pencil signed, dated, titled and numbered, '40/75', by the artist under the plate-mark.
