Low Tide was commissioned by the Associated American
Artists of New York in 1949 and published by them in a limited edition

responsible for commissioning original graphic art from such great American
masters as Grant Wood, Thomas Hart Benton, George Elmer Browne and Reginald
Marsh. This Julian Levi lithograph therefore belongs to very select company. |
