Harry Greaver: A contemporary American painter and
woodcut artist, Harry Greaver moved to Kansas with his family at the age
of four. He studied at the University of Kansas and received his Master
of Fine Arts there. His education was then concluded at the Los Angeles
County Museum of Fine Arts. Specializing in landscape art, Greaver has
exhibited both his paintings and woodcuts since the early 1960's in such
cities as New Orleans, Los Angeles and Portland, Oregon. |

Harry Greaver's art is now included in many private and corporate
collections as well as in institutions such as the Portland Art Museum.
The artist currently lives and works in Cannon Beach, Oregon. |

Printed upon mulberry (rice) paper and with full margins
as published by the artist in 1968. Containing tape stains in the outer
margins and slight creasing within the image, else a strongly printed
impression and in good condition throughout. Signed, dated, titled and
numbered, '23/50', by the artist in pencil along the lower margin. |
