Iacopo's Woman was created by the artist in 1972. In his art, Bruce Dorfman often explores the relationships among colour, form and line. This is clearly seen in Iacopo's Woman, where the artist has created a large cameo-like frame of four bright colour fields. These colours both individually and collectively work upon our way of viewing the finely rendered portrayal of the woman.
