Situated between the Via Mazzini and the Corso Porta Borsari, the Piazza delle Erbe is located where an ancient Roman forum once stood. Towering above the Piazza is the Tower Lamberti, the tallest of Verona's towers. Patterns of greys and reddish browns dominate this composition which is one of the Ossi Czinner's finest, original lithographs. This impression is signed and titled by the artist in pencil along the lower margin.

Note:	Ossi Czinner: A contemporary painter, sculptor and lithographer, Ossi Czinner studied under Marcello Mascherini in Rome in 1946. After completion of her studies she remained in that city and began exhibiting her art there. During the following years Ossi Czinner's art (particularly her lithographs) were regularly exhibited in such cities as Paris, Vienna, Milan, Tokyo, Chicago and New York.
	Situated between the Via Mazzini and the Corso Porta Borsari, the Piazza delle Erbe is located where an ancient Roman forum once stood. Towering above the Piazza is the Tower Lamberti, the tallest of Verona’s towers. Verona: Piazza delle Erbe is a large and impressive example of Ossi Czinner's cityscape art.
